When ordering on Zunir.org you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order
When you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email with the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, only a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Zunir will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sales contract is therefore concluded in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

Shipping and delivery

Packages typically arrive between 2-14 days from the date we receive the order. Items are shipped directly from the Netherlands by PostNL with a tracking number for your reference.
If a package is returned to the Netherlands because the buyer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements.
Zunir.org is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Zunir.org has no control over this.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax. All orders are payable in Euros.

Payment

Payments are done by iDEAL or Credit Card.
