If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Any returned product must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Zunir does not accept returns that are purchased during a sale. The product must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
Refunds must be accompanied with the original receipt. Please send the item back to below address using a traceable method. When we have received the product in good order we will refund or exchange the product as you wish.
Shipping costs of a returned product will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged product in the Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands the same shipping charges apply as the initial purchase.
